Thank you for choosing Tehillah International! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our services and placing orders with us.
1. Services:
Tehillah International acts as a facilitator, allowing you to purchase items from online stores without requiring a credit card. We will process your order, relay it to the supplier, and arrange for delivery.
2. Order Placement:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on the order form, including links to the desired products, quantity and size. Customers must have an international shipping address. You can sign up for a Jetpak US address or provide an international address for shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with incomplete or inaccurate information. Pricing and availability of products are subject to change based on the supplier’s policies.
3. Payment:
Note: A service fee of USD $3 per item is applied to cover our order processing and facilitation.
Payment terms will be clearly displayed in the email to confirm your order.
We accept various payment methods: Online Bank transfer, Unit Trust deposit.
4. Order Processing & Delivery:
Processing times may vary depending on the supplier’s availability and chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times will be provided once order is confirmed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds:
Our return policy is aligned with the supplier’s return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
6. Disclaimer:
Tehillah International is not responsible for the quality, safety, or description of products listed online. We recommend reviewing product information and warranties thoroughly before placing an order.
7. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any damages arising from product use or malfunction.
Our liability is limited to the service fee charged for your order.
8. Termination /Refusal:
We reserve the right to terminate your account or refuse service if there are any violations of these Terms or if the links you provided are found to be unsafe.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of city, state and country where sales initiates.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
