Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders
We do not dispatch damaged merchandise, and we cannot be held responsible for damaged products received. For orders damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. If you believe your order is incorrect, kindly reach out to us via email within 15 days of placing your order at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
Items Not in Stock
We aim to keep all our products readily available for immediate shipment. However, due to high demand, some products may temporarily go on backorder. We will promptly inform you if this occurs and, when possible, ship available items while placing the remaining items on backorder, with no extra shipping charges to you.
